I was talking to my mom the other day, who is 68 and very fit. She was just walking from one room to another and there is a couple of steps which she has walked up and down more than 1000 times.

I'm not sure whether it was because she wasn't paying attention but she fell. Luckily she didn't hurt herself but it shows how easily it can happen, and she is fit for her age. I do think it shook her up a little.
